The Connection Corporation incorporates a holistic approach to therapy. We believe that therapy is about the human experience— helping you learn and develop healthy coping skills and relationships through movement, breath, and collaborative goals.

Czarina believes that therapy provides an opportunity for a vulnerable experience where individuals can cultivate a healthy self-view. Her goal as a therapist is to create a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood— allowing yourself to be authentic without fear of judgment.
