Dr. Julie Lee, LMFT (she/her) Founder & Executive Clinical Director
Dr. Julie Lee is the Founder & Executive Clinical Director of The Connection Corporation with her partner, Paul. Dr. Lee graduated from Gonzaga University (B.Ed – Special Education), CSUF (M.S. – Counseling Psychology), and Kent State University (Ph.D – Counselor Education & Supervision) and has been working as a psychotherapist for almost 20 years.
Paul Lee, MBA (he/him)
Paul Lee, MBA (he/him)Executive Business Director
Paul is the Executive Business Director for The Connection. He grew up in Ventura County and made his way down the coast to Orange County where he graduated from CSUF. He went on to finish Chapman’s EMBA program and has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry. In 2017, he suffered a heart attack mainly due to stress. Paul contributes a large part of his path back to wellness to yoga and a consistent workout regimen.

Lexi Saldana (she/her) Executive Assistant
Alexis Saldana grew up in Southern California. She studied architecture at Rio Hondo College. While studying architecture she explored women’s studies, yoga, and art. While in school, she began her mental health journey and realized the benefits of therapy and yoga.

Czarina Salazar Navarro is an Associate Marriage and Family therapist who earned her B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from The University of California, Irvine and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Marie Jakobi is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is originally from Orange County, CA. She currently resides in the Bay Area. She graduated from Gonzaga University (B.Ed in Special Education) and Santa Clara University (MA in Counseling Psychology).
