Tony Reyes, M.S., LMFT (he/him)
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
If you’re here, there’s probably a part of you that’s tired of carrying things alone.
Tony Reyes, Jr. is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents who are trying to make sense of what they’re feeling, how they’re showing up in their relationships, and why certain patterns keep repeating — no matter how hard they try to change them.
Many of the men Tony works with arrive saying some version of the same thing: “I’m doing everything I’m supposed to do, but something still feels off.” They care deeply about their partners, children, and families — yet feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to express what’s really going on inside. Tony understands that experience both personally and professionally. He’s seen firsthand how cultural expectations around masculinity, family roles, and emotional restraint quietly shape how we relate — to others and to ourselves.
Tony doesn’t focus on symptoms or quick fixes. He takes a systemic approach, which means looking at the bigger picture: your relationships, family history, cultural background, and the patterns you learned long before you realized you were learning them. Often, the behaviors we most want to change once served an important purpose. Understanding that is where real, lasting change begins.
Therapy with Tony is not about judgment or being told who you should be. It’s about slowing things down, creating emotional safety, and getting curious — together — about what’s underneath the frustration, shutdown, anger, or distance. Change happens when we can see ourselves and our relationships more clearly and start making intentional choices rather than reacting on autopilot.
Tony also brings extensive experience working with families and adolescents, supporting them through transitions, conflict, identity development, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating relationship strain, parenting challenges, work stress, or the internal pressure to hold it all together — you don’t have to figure it out alone.
His role is to walk alongside you. To help you feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward stronger, more authentic connections and a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
If you’re ready to start having different conversations — with yourself and with the people who matter most — Tony would be honored to support you in that process.
