Every great practice runs on more than good therapy. It runs on the person who makes sure every detail is handled, every client feels welcomed, and every moving part stays in motion. At The Connection Corporation, that person is Keilah.

As Practice Manager, Keilah is the heartbeat behind the scenes — and often the first voice you’ll hear when you reach out. She sets the tone for your entire experience at The Connection, and she takes that responsibility seriously. From your very first interaction, her goal is to make sure you feel supported, cared for, and in good hands before you ever step into a session.

Keilah brings a background that is anything but conventional for a practice manager — and that’s exactly what makes her exceptional. She holds an A.S. in Cosmetology from Fullerton College and spent a decade owning and operating her own business in the beauty industry. In that time, she mastered the art of building genuine client relationships, managing the financial and operational side of a business, and creating an environment where people feel comfortable, seen, and taken care of. Those skills don’t just translate to practice management — they elevate it.

The beauty industry teaches you something most business schools don’t: that people come to you carrying more than what they asked for. Keilah has always understood that. She brings that same warmth, attentiveness, and care to every person who contacts The Connection — whether you have a scheduling question, need help navigating next steps, or just aren’t sure where to start.

Behind every smooth-running practice is someone who refuses to let things fall through the cracks. At The Connection, that’s Keilah — and the entire team, and every client, is better for it.

Fun fact: Keilah and Jen aren’t just colleagues — they’re family. A mother-daughter duo bringing the same heart and dedication to The Connection from two very different corners of the practice.
