Czarina Pinsky, M.A., LMFT (she/her)
Lead Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
If you experience emotions intensely, feel deeply affected by relationships, or find yourself stuck in cycles of closeness and distance, you’re not “too much” — and you’re not broken. You’re human, and there is real hope for change.
Czarina Pinsky is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in borderline personality traits, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, and relationship instability. Her clients arrive in therapy feeling overwhelmed by their emotions, terrified of abandonment, or exhausted by patterns they can’t seem to break no matter how hard they try. Czarina’s role is to help you understand those patterns with compassion — and build new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
Czarina brings a background as uncommon as the approach she takes. She holds a B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from UC Irvine and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Before becoming a therapist, she worked in the legal field and as a flight attendant — two environments that demanded she stay grounded under pressure, read people quickly, and meet others exactly where they were. Those experiences didn’t just shape her resume. They shaped the therapist she became.
Her work is trauma-informed, experiential, and person-centered, with a deep focus on inner-child work, shadow work, and healing the attachment wounds that quietly drive so much of our pain. Therapy with Czarina is both supportive and direct — because real growth happens when you feel truly seen and gently challenged to step out of survival mode at the same time.
You deserve relationships that feel stable, safe, and fulfilling — including the one you have with yourself. Together, you’ll work on building emotional regulation, self-trust, and a more compassionate, steady sense of who you are.
If you’re ready to stop living in emotional extremes and start building a life that feels more grounded and connected, Czarina would be honored to take that journey with you.
