Camille SapienAssociate Marriage & Family Therapist

Ready to feel more grounded, connected, and at peace?

Camille Sapien is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for supporting kids, teens, adults, couples, and families who are ready for meaningful change. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall well-being, navigate relational challenges, or work through heavier experiences like trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, or parenting stress — meaningful change is possible, and you don’t have to pursue it alone.

Camille holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Political Science and History from Vanguard University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. That foundation gives her the ability to understand your personal, relational, and lived experiences through an educated, nuanced lens — one that sees you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, built around your unique needs and goals. She integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work to strengthen the mind-body connection, and family systems and psychodynamic perspectives to explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. She has a particular love for working with couples and families — helping untangle dysfunctional dynamics and build relationships that feel healthier, more connected, and more alive.

Camille’s goal is straightforward: create a space where you feel safe, heard, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you actually want.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find Camille doing exactly what she encourages her clients to do — slowing down, tuning inward, and caring for her whole self. A good book, a yoga flow, intentional time with family and friends, and small daily rituals that restore and reset. She doesn’t just talk about the importance of grounding and self-care. She lives it.

Reach out when you’re ready, and let’s reconnect you to yourself — mind, body, and heart.
